Owner/Licensed Inspector

Alex Schmidt is originally from St. Louis, MO (you can tell by the hat) and has lived in the Florida Keys since 2014. Alex served in the United States Marine Corps and has experience working for our local military base.

Owner

Jessica has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in both Florida and California, she really has worked Coast to Coast. She is able to provide insight into the needs of customers and our inspectors.

Licensed Inspector

Matt Gardi is originally from Vermont, but has called the Florida Keys home since 2003. While most of his career has been centered around Information Technology working worldwide for the Army, and here in the Keys for the Navy and the State Attorney, he is a trustworthy asset and excited to expand his attributes as a reliable home inspector.
